Attorney Tracy Udunka is a Georgia native and has lived in the metro Atlanta area all of her life. She grew up in a Nigerian Household with her mother and father as well as four siblings. Her mother worked two jobs and attended nursing school before becoming a full time nurse for a local hospital in the Atlanta area. Her father worked tirelessly day after day as a mail handler. Having witnessed her mother and father work hard every day in order to make ends meet, she was stunned to see them come home and help her and her siblings with their homework assignments. Her parents instilled in her the importance of working hard and obtaining an education. It was this foundation that served as the catalyst motivating Attorney Udunka to go as far as she could with her education.
While working as a customer service representative for a fast food chain in her hometown of Decatur Georgia, Attorney Udunka attended and obtained her high school diploma from Southwest Dekalb High School. She holds her Bachelors Degree in Criminology from the University of West Georgia in Carrollton, Georgia and she later decided to attend Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School where she obtained her Juris Doctor Degree. As a law student she interned with federal agencies that held public as well as private entities accountable for their non compliant operations. After graduating law school, Attorney Udunka became licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia by the State Bar of Georgia and the Northern District of Georgia. She is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys and Georgia Association of Women Lawyers.
After working for several law firms in the metro Atlanta area, Attorney Udunka decided to take a leap of faith and start The Law Office of Tracy Udunka. As a Georgia native, Attorney Udunka knows that she has an obligation to serve the citizens of the State of Georgia. She started a law firm that helps individuals who are injured as a result of the negligence of others. Attorney Udunka also has a passion for holding insurance companies and other entities accountable to those who are injured from the negligence of others. Her passion stems from having to see people in her family as well as seeing some of her friends suffer a personal injury due to the negligence of others.
Attorney Udunka is a God-fearing wife and mother of a set of twins. She enjoys traveling with her husband and children, spending time in her garden, cooking for her family and friends and singing in the choir at her church. Attorney Udunka also loves being involved in her community. She has spoken in several speaking engagements where she proudly gave information to people as it relates to automobile safety, what to do if they are involved in an accident, car insurance coverages and so much more. Choosing an attorney to help you with your injury claim can be a daunting task but Attorney Udunka prides herself in giving her clients the attention their case needs and sometimes a shoulder to cry on as she knows how difficult it can be when trying to pick up the pieces after an accident.
